The Building and Property Service program is a two-year program. Classroom and laboratory learning experiences focus on skills necessary to keep the physical structure of an office building, factory, apartment building, house or similar structure in good repair. Included is instruction in carpentry, roofing application and repair, electrical installation and repair; drywall, painting, wallpapering, plumbing, and basic grounds keeping.
